Accorhotels acquiring spree continues. It has now acquired Chile's Atton Hoteles. It revealed that it has partnered with Chilean investment group Algeciras to purchase Atton Hoteles, a hospitality group with 11 hotels in Chile, Peru, Colombia, and Florida, for $105 million.

AccorHotels said this new deal would boost its earnings and strengthen its position in Latin America.

Recently, AccorHotels revealed that it is set to pay CHF 560 million (US $566m) to buy Mövenpick and the transaction is set to be completed by second half of 2018, according to a statement by Mövenpick. Through the integration, the company will have access to Accor’s customer loyalty program, benefits from new sales channels and will be able to increase the operational performance of its managed properties, the statement added.

AccorHotels will acquire 100% of the management company that operates 11 Atton hotels across Chile, Peru, Colombia and Florida in the United States.
