Ayla Hotels and Resorts has made two appointments on a property and group level.
An Egyptian national, Noha Fathy joined Ayla Hotels and Resorts as group marketing manager, where she is responsible for marketing and communication strategies, strengthening brand awareness, reinforcing Ayla's market position and addressing the business needs of each hotel.
She joined the corporate world 10 years ago, while still studying at Ain Shams University. She worked as a branding rxecutive for Elements Agency where she was overlooking its hotels and resorts branding portfolio of clients, and was later promoted to the position of branding manager. Eventually, she moved to the hospitality industry at different properties, including Dusit Thani Lakeview, Egypt and Rotana Hotels & Resorts, Ascott International Management, Middle East & Africa.

Meanwhile, Ayla Grand has appointed Nader Nagi as a night manager. Nagi is a long-serving member of Al Manazel hotelier in Abu Dhabi, having taken on various positions in the rooms division department over the years.
He was front office in charge at Nova Park Hotel, then moved to Sharjah Carlton Hotel as duty manager later becoming night manager at Al Manzel Hotel Apartments in Abu Dhabi.
