M Hotel Downtown by Millennium has appointed Dinesh Tewari as its food & beverage manager.
Indian born Tewari brings with him 14 years of experience in business development, operations management, event planning, catering, budget control, and sales.
He initially started in the industry with bartending and mixology, with Radisson Blu Hotel in New Delhi, India. Tewari then moved to Shangri-La Hotels, Mosaic Hotels, and the Aman Hotel in India, before he arrived in the United Arab Emirates in 2014 as the bar manager at Sheraton Dubai Mall of the Emirates Hotel.
Prior to his appointment at M Hotel Downtown by Millennium, Tewari held the post of F&B manager, catering & sales at JW Marriott.
