Emaar Hospitality Group has said it will create more than 5,300 jobs in the hospitality sector in the next five years across the UAE including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.

The group is focusing on hiring UAE nationals for jobs in the hospitality sector, and has put into place strategies and plans to drive Emiratisation across all functions within the group. These goals will also be achieved through partnerships with key government entities and departments that support Emiratisation within the hospitality industry.

Emaar Hospitality Group is creating jobs across the entire breadth of the hospitality and leisure supply chain – from guest facing and heart-of-house functions to administrators, marketing, sales, finance, HR, logistics, and other professionals. Currently, Emaar Hospitality Group’s associates work – in addition to the corporate level – across the 13 operational hotel and four serviced residences in Dubai under three hotel brands –  Address Hotels + Resorts, Vida Hotels and Resorts and Rove Hotels. Several associates also work at the group’s leisure assets – Arabian Ranches Golf Club, Dubai Polo & Equestrian Club and Dubai Marina Yacht Club, as well as it its restaurants – At.mosphere, Burj Khalifa, La Serre Bistro & Boulangerie, Sean Connelly at Dubai Opera, Toko and Katana.

In the UAE, Address Hotels + Resorts will offer more than 2,868 jobs, upcoming Vida hotels will present 1,846 career opportunities, and Rove Hotels, will present 591 career opportunities.

Emaar Hospitality Group has also launched the ‘World Greatest Hospitality Talent’ campaign to identify one under 26-year-old the opportunity to undergo a three-year training under Emaar Hospitality Group’s senior leaders and work across the board to gain hands-on insights on corporate hospitality leadership.
