Emirates Park Zoo & Resort in Abu Dhabi launched The Hide Restaurant on June 15, 2018. The new dining outlet will be serving seasonal and traditional dishes inspired by American and international cuisine.
The fine-dining concept is located in an indoor setting will also feature a large balcony facing the Birds Park, Zoo zipline and the Climb Adventure.
Open daily between 7:00 am to 2:00 am, the restaurant will focus on using fresh, sustainable ingredients. It will also feature a non-smoking and family-friendly environment with a children play area.
Emirates Park Zoo & Resort marketing manage said: “We want to give our guest a range of diverse dishes to choose from while dining in a concept that incorporates indoor and outdoor elements that allows the public to connect to the wildlife and nature.”
