Fairmont Dubai has appointed Nelson Riffard as the new as director of revenue management.
Riffard joins Fairmont Dubai from his most recent role as cluster revenue manager at the IHG Festival City in Dubai, a position he held since 2015. Whilst in this role, Nelson has had a number of significant achievements, including obtaining the highest revenue generation index (RGI) since the opening of the cluster properties.
Prior to this role, he held the cluster revenue manager’s position overseeing seven AccorHotels’ properties in Dubai and in 2012 worked at AccorHotels’ regional office in Marseille, France.
Riffard has a bachelor and master’s degree in Hospitality Management from Esthua Angers University in France and in his new role, he will be responsible for all aspects of revenue management at Fairmont Dubai.
