Ajman Hotel has appointed Mohammad Sbeitani as the new director of human resources. Sbeitani will bring more than 25 years of experience to his new role.
The Canadian/Jordanian national previously worked with Hilton Hotels & Resorts in Dead Sea, Jordan. Before that, he worked with other hotel brands such as Kempinski, Movenpick, Taj Palace, and Radisson.
Sbeitani holds a graduate certificate in human resources management as well as a master’s degree in political science.
In his new role, he will be in charge of leading and developing the HR strategy, programmes and oversee all aspects of hotel’s HR operations for almost 260 employees for Ajman Hotel.
