The company's general manager Anne Low said: "The GM Debate is a special event with key hospitality figures attending. Low believes some of the challenges facing the industry are: "As there is more supply in the hotel market and now discerning customers place higher and higher expectations on services the GM’s have a challenge to balance this against competitive room rates. Outside factors such as currency fluctuations and new destinations means finding new ways to attract the right clients."
