This follows a series of high profile de-flaggings in the United Arab Emirates. In July, Marriott International revealed it will no longer manage The St. Regis Dubai, Al Habtoor Polo Resort and Club as well as the three Al Habtoor City hotels. The management has been transferred to Al Habtoor Group. Hilton has been confirmed as the partner for its three Business Bay hotels. The hotels will be franchised, and they will now be managed and operated by Al Habtoor Group, Hilton confirmed to HotelierMiddleEast.com
