Al Habtoor City’s newly rebranded hotels are seeing a “very healthy increase in business” compared to last year, the company announced.
Al Habtoor Group ended its agreement with the Marriott Group from the end of July this year, and rebranded the hotels as Hilton.
Under a franchise agreement signed with Hilton, effective from August 1, the three hotels in Habtoor City were renamed as Habtoor Palace, LXR Hotels & Resorts, V Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton and Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor City.

The group retained management of the properties under its Habtoor Hospitality arm.
In the months since the rebranding, the group said Al Habtoor City Hotel Collection has enjoyed “considerable growth in its results and a positive forecast compared to the same period last year”.
“As the year end nears, Al Habtoor City’s hotels are witnessing a very healthy increase in the business ahead of the upcoming holiday season and the first half of 2019 in comparison with the same period of last year, with a double-digit growth in the occupancy rates,” Al Habtoor Group said in a statement.

Collectively, the three hotels offer nearly 1,600 rooms, 18 restaurants and lounges, two spas, 34 meeting and banqueting spaces and three ballrooms.
The heart of the multi-use development features a permanent state-of-the-art, high-tech theatre housing the region’s first resident show – La Perle by Dragone, created by director Franco Dragone.
