Hilton Worldwide and its portfolio of hotel brands has announced a new promotion aimed at meeting and event planners.
Event planners can now book meetings and events at over 220 participating hotels in over 45 countries and save 15 percent on their meeting reservation, and also earn double Event Bonus Rewards.

To take advantage of these savings, event planners can visit www.hilton.co.uk/meetingsoffer Meetings and event bookings can be made up until 23 October, 2010 for events held between 1September 2010 and 31December 2011.
Participating hotel brands include, Waldorf Astoria Hotels and Resorts, Conrad Hotels & Resorts, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Doubletree by Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Hilton Garden Inn and Hampton by Hilton hotels.

· Jeddah Hilton – the hotel features 12 meeting rooms in addition to a congress hall, ballroom and a business centre
· Hilton Abu Dhabi – The newly-renovated hotel is located in close proximity to Abu Dhabi’s main business and financial districts and boasts of some of the city’s best F&B hotspots . Meetings facilities include eight meeting and function rooms.
· Conrad Cairo – Located in a prime downtown location overlooking the river Nile, Conrad Cairo features 617 spacious guest rooms and executive floors with panoramic views of the river and city. Private lounges and butler services are also available.
