The day has arrived for the Hotelier Middle East Awards 2010 taking place at the Madinat Jumeirah Resort.
Nearly 20 awards will be handed out as the hospitality industry comes together to celebrate the best in the business.
This year’s event will also include a new category ‘Team of the Year’, which will recognise the best hotel team.

And firm favourites will be awarded again such as GM of the Year and Unsung Hero.
Hotelier Middle East editor Louise Oakley said it was "fantastic to be able to recognise so much talent".
"Running a hotel is like running a 24-hour town and in order for it to be successful you need brilliant hoteliers in every department," she said.
"This is a chance to celebrate these individuals who too often don't receive the recognition they deserve."
