The winners of the Hotelier Middle East Awards 2010 were revealed on Thursday night in a glittering evening at the Madinat Jumeirah Resort.
Excited guests watched as the coveted awards were presented to the best talent in the Middle East’s hospitality industry.
The inaugural Team of the Year title went to Southern Sun Al Manzil Hotel Dubai, a team praised for its consistent results and ability to deliver.

The ever popular Unsung Hero of the Year went to Anees Abubacker the team leader for laundry at Burj Al Arab, while the highly-desired GM of the Year title went to Cora Conceicao-Stuart from Media One Hotel Dubai.
Hotelier Middle East editor Louise Oakley praised the “worthy winners” and the “fantastic evening”.
“It’s brilliant to be able to bring together the best in the business to celebrate the abundance of talent in the region,” she said.
“Once again, the standard of entries was superb and the judges had a really hard time. I would also like to thank all the sponsors and the hundreds of people who came tonight to make this important event possible.”
