Dubai-based hotel owner Seven Tides is expanding into hotel management with the planned rollout of the Dukes Hotel brand.

Seven Tides owns Dukes in St James, London, which has been run by CampbellGray Hotels for the past four years.

The management contract will be mutually ended as of December 31, 2010, and Dukes will become independently owned and operated by Seven Tides.

The company is looking to grow the Dukes brand across Europe, the US and the Middle East under the Seven Tides Hotel Management Division.

Dukes London general manager Debrah Dhugga, who will continue to manage the property, said: “We are delighted to have this opportunity to share our brand with the rest of the world.

“We would like to assure our guests that they can anticipate the same high-quality hotel experience they have come to expect from Dukes, and that no internal management changes are planned.”
