By appointing Doctor Blal this university is in a direct alignment with the businesses in our world. Dr. Blal is a former student of the late Doctor Olsen from Virginia Tech. As a former Ines colleague and a friend (yes I am bias) I am extremely pleased to see her moving up and carrying the “co-alignment principle”. Knowing that Doctor Blal will continue to push not only quality but excellence in research and teaching, this appointment is a very smart move. Congratulation
