Having worked with Amir for many many years I had the unique chance to see him develop and grow beyond his own and all our expectations. Amir has it all - passion, devotion, dedication, class & the drive to serve Guests as much as us - his colleagues - at all times. Amir is truly providing superior service and has been a driving force for Excellence not just in the property he is working for now. Having taken up a new assignment I am not writing this to promote a Hotel chain, a particular property or out of any other reason other than complimenting Amir on his passion for his job. This award should not be about the amount of reviews given by annonyumous participants but the award should be given to the person & Concierge teams which truly perform their professions on a daily basis to the highest levels - for such I highly recommend to pass by Dusit Thani Hotel where you can Amir and his team of outstanding personalitites perform! Just look at this and you will see who deserves the award over counting reviews & votes. This award should - must - be not about the interior of Hotels or the sponsorship amounts given but the brilliance of the profession of being a "Concierge"!

I have been in Hospitality business for more than 13 years and have never came across anyone who obtained so much "PASSION" into his work or helping people around him without being asked or motivated by need of credit. Amir Hossain has my VOTE for Concierge of the Year Award
