Rotana has announced the opening of its first property in Erbil, Iraq — the landmark five-star Erbil Rotana — marking the company’s continued expansion in the Middle East.
Erbil Rotana general manager Thomas Touma said of the opening: “My team and I are extremely proud to introduce Rotana’s five-star hospitality to Erbil and have been working hard to ensure all areas involved in the opening of this property are perfectly operational in time for its launch.”

The hotel is located close to the ministries district and the Erbil International Exhibition Fairground, as, as such, is being marketed to the international business traveller.
