Crowne Plaza Bahrain has organised a regular event for Bahrain’s hospitality HR professionals to discuss best practices, challenges and plans for future activities that will support community and development of local talent.
During the open forum, HR leaders of four- and five-star international hotel chains discussed their common challenges, achievements and future plans.
A spokesperson for the group commented: “In this challenging time of fast industry development we are facing shortage of qualified staff, high turnover and spiraling wage inflation. That is why we need to have strong professional relationship with each other where together we can promote hospitality industry and win a war for talent.”
