Dunes Hotel Apartments has launched a new property in Dubai, Dunes Hotel Apartments Oud Metha.
Managed by HAS Hospitality, the property will offer guests internet access in all rooms, fully-equipped kitchens, foreign exchanges services as well as a pool, Jacuzzi and gym.
General manager Rochelle Lobo said the downturn hadn’t forced the company to downsize its operations.

“All our properties have been doing well, due to increased number of visitors to the city for DSF and various exhibitions and conferences,” she added.
Assistant general manager Faisal Abdul Rehman said: “Hotels and Hotel Apartments offering the best customer service are getting enough business even during the downturn. Our properties have always received the best reviews from guests on almost all the prominent booking channels and travel review sites.”
HAS Hospitality division is also set to open a 220-room deluxe hotel apartment behind Mall of Emirates.
