W Doha hosted the prestigious Qatar Concierge Society (The Golden Keys) monthly meeting this week.
W Doha PR and events manager Edgar Vaudeville commented: “W Doha is very pleased to sponsor this head concierge meeting as it is important to create strong partnerships with the competition in order to meet the needs of the international business community by providing them with the exceptional experience of staying in a Qatar luxury hotel.”
The meeting had 100% attendance from invited delegates, including all Head Concierges of 5-star hotels of Qatar and representatives of International Herald Tribune, Al Jazeera and Qatar Airways.

Key discussions at the meeting explored how to create partnerships with other international five- star hotels’ head concierges to promote hospitality in Qatar.
The meeting also looked at how five- star hotels in Doha can work together to increase the range of guest services they offer and, in particular, how to meet the special requirements of business guests.
