Table4ME, the UAE’s online restaurant reservations service, has joined forces with Raffles Dubai to offer guests instant bookings. Restaurants to use the service are The Noble House, Fire & Ice, Azur, and tea house Raffles Salon.
Raffles Dubai says the system will help the restaurants to improve revenue and profitability without the need for investment in costly hardware or software.
Tiina-Maija Bergman, managing partner of Table4ME, said: “We have implemented a solution to support the requirements of Raffles Dubai for their restaurants, which covers table management, seamless in-house reservations and multi-channel online bookings and marketing activities.
