Entiretec has partnered with Rotana in the Middle East and Africa to implement its IT services and solutions in the operator’s hotels.

The IT company’s Managed Service concept will be used to centrally manage all group-wide services, in terms of network infrastructure, security, management, Internet access and communications.

Using the services, Rotana will be able to adapt the infrastructure in the future to meet its changing needs. It will also be able to support expansion into Asia, Europe and other regions, as well as enabling mobile cloud services and software management via its core layer technology.

Samir Abi-Frem, corporate vice president of information technology, Rotana Hotel Management Corporation said: “We have been looking for a strategic technology solutions provider who is able to understand our vision of centralized managed services and solutions within our IT infrastructure for all globally distributed hotels. With the Managed Service concept of Entiretec we found the answer and look forward to the roll out and collaboration.”

Julian Kraft, managing director of Entiretec Middle East said: “We are delighted to enable our Managed Service strategy together with a progressive client like Rotana. Entiretec Group is looking forward to a long term and trustful relationship. We are excited to support the growth of Rotana through our global Managed Service strategy, which will allow Rotana to be flexible with the technology they use and to scale the solutions as they like within their core business.”
