Hilton Worldwide has announced the first DoubleTree by Hilton branded property in Saudi Arabia is now open.

DoubleTree by Hilton Dhahran, a conversion property features 153 rooms, which include 99 king, queen or twin rooms and 54 one and two-bedroom suites.

The property also features range of amenities for leisure and business guests, including a large ballroom, four flexible meeting rooms, a complimentary 24-hour business centre, a 24-hour fitness centre, and scheduled to open later this year, a fully renovated fitness center, indoor swimming pool and spa area.

Dining options at the hotel include Al Waha, an all-day dining restaurant serving a selection of international cuisine, Indian restaurant Rasoi, and the Al Maha Café, the hotel’s coffee shop.

DoubleTree by Hilton Dhahran general manager Ahmet Antepli said: “It’s an honour and a privilege to raise the flag of the first DoubleTree by Hilton in Saudi Arabia in addition to being the first hotel opening in KSA in 2014 for Hilton Worldwide. We are confident that this opening answers to a much needed demand on the market for a full service hotel category in the city of Dhahran.
