Amwaj Rotana has named Michael Kempf as its new executive assistant manager, promoting him from his previous position of director of front office.
With formal qualifications in hospitality management from Germany, Kempf has more than 17 years of luxury hospitality experience in the UK, Europe and the UAE. He has worked for Rotana Hotels since 2002.
“This is one of the best success stories that the hotel has to share in its five years of operation,” said Amwaj Rotana general manager Enad Tannous.
“Michael has always displayed a passion for the industry and what he does. We are proud to see him grow and progress through the ranks with the company.”
In his new role, Kempf will directly assist the general manager in overseeing hotel operations, ensuring smooth service and high levels of guest satisfaction.
