Hotelier Middle East’s Executive Housekeeper Forum takes place at Grosvenor House, Dubai today.
Over 140 laundry and housekeeping professionals are expected to attend to discuss the hot topics in the industry and learn tips for improving leadership and operations.
Four panel discussions will take place in the morning, starting with one on meeting the needs of connected customers hosted by Pamini Hemaprabha, executive housekeeper at Kempinski Mall of the Emirates.
This will be followed by a session on careers in housekeeping hosted by Nadine O’Connor, housekeeping manager at Jumeirah Creekside Hotel.

Technology in housekeeping and the impact of a housekeeper on a hotel’s lifecycle will round off the discussions and the afternoon will see two workshops hosted, exploring training and recruitment.
A special performance brought to the audience by Simmons Bedding, a brand of official sponsor Intercoil and there will be two raffle draws, with the prize a bed from another event sponsor, Restonic and one from Intercoil.
A networking lunch will take place at 2pm providing an opportunity for delegates to share tips and advice.
