Al Bustan Centre and Residence, Dubai, is nearing the completion of a US $4 million refurbishment project.
The renovation has seen all 296 studios, 136 one-bedroom apartments and 208 two-bedroom apartments of the Dubai property completely overhauled.
Modern amentities have been added, such as 39" flat screen tvs in all rooms and free wifi throughout. The renovated rooms also feature new carpets and furniture, in addition to more comfortable linen and upgraded facilities in the kitchenette.
Moussa El Hayek, chief operating officer of Al Bustan Centre and Residence, said: “We are almost in the finishing stages of the property-wide renovation project that started last September 2013.

“All of our 640 guest rooms have been upgraded and will be at par with new and upcoming properties in the market. The new look is more sophisticated and vibrant. We want to make sure that we provide our guests complete satisfaction and value for their money.”

Following the refurbishment, studios will cover around 350 square feet, one-bedroom will be spread over 750ft²; and two-bedrooms 1,095ft². Every room is equipped with a kitchenette and basic appliances.
Located in Dubai’s business district, Al Bustan Centre and Residence is just five minutes away from Dubai International Airport and 50 metres from Al Nahda Metro Station.
