Shadi ElKhoury has joined the team at UAE-based City Seasons Hotels as group director for training.
The Lebanese national has more than 15 years' experience in the industry, having worked with international chains in Lebanon and the GCC.
At City Seasons Hotels he will be in charge of the training programme for all five City Seasons Hotels as well as the recently open Royal Rose Abu Dhabi.
His responsibilities will cover setting up new training programmes as well as operational involvement in the pre-opening of the seventh City Seasons Hotel – in Burjuman- scheduled to open towards end 2014.

ElKhoury has a bachelor's degree in Hotel and Business Management and is an internationally certified training manager.
