Salalah Rotana has hired Michael Nassiri as its new executive assistant manager, a role to which he'll bring a decade of experience.
The German national will spearhead day to day activities within the resort’s operational departments, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and play a vital role in alongside the general manager.
Speaking on his newly attained position, Michael Nassiri said, “The resort has recorded multiple successes during its first year of operations, which is a clear indication of the hard work put in by the team. I am thrilled to join a diverse and hard working group, where I can contribute in maximising the potential of the property’’.

With his passion for hospitality and wealth of experience, he will lead the development of our practices and enrich our guests experience to increase satisfaction,’’ commented Hossam Kamal, general manager, Salalah Rotana Resort.
Starting his career as a head barman in Germany, Nassiri’s hard work and persistence propelled him to the position of director of food and beverage, a position he held prior to joining Salalah Rotana Resort. Also, he has held positions within the hospitality industry that spans across different countries including Kuwait, Cambodia, Egypt, Jordan, UAE and more recently Qatar.
