The Address Montgomerie Dubai has received a Grade "A" rating from Dubai Municipality for its continuous dedication in maintaining high quality and high food hygiene practices.
The hotel won again when it received the same award for Links, the lively family bistro.
The awards ceremony was held at the 10th Dubai International Food Safety Conference and follows in the footsteps of two other award-wins.
Led by the hotel’s hygiene officer, Edward Salgado, the accolade is down to the extensive efforts of all chefs, food and beverage team and other departments in making sure The Address Montgomerie Dubai maintains its level of cleanliness and safety.
The new grading system is an initiative from the Dubai Municipality Food Control Department to issue colour-coded cards upon a food hygiene inspection in every hotel, restaurant and other food premises. The corresponding grade will reflect the food hygiene standards of the food establishment.
