The eighth annual Caterer Middle East Awards will be held on Wednesday, June 1, 2016. The nominations process opened in January and if you haven't already started thinking about your entries, now is the time to act.

How will you catch the attention of the judges? Remember that you only have until March 31, 2016, to submit nominations via the Survey Monkey Links on the awards website: www.hoteliermiddleeast.com/catererawards

Last year, the Caterer Middle East team received hundreds of nominations to whittle down to a shortlist across 15 categories for a group of independent experts to debate and judge. This year, we are adhering to this process, including tight guidelines and strict word counts, to ensure fairness among the vast number of entries.

We are reinstating Bar Manager of the Year, last awarded in 2013 and open to any bartender or mixologist working behind a bar in a Middle East outlet, bringing the categories to 16 in total.

All entries for this year’s awards need to relate to achievements from March 2015—March 2016, and entries in the ‘people’ categories must be supported by five customer and colleague testimonials.

Follow our guide below, and use the handy checklist to ensure your entries catch the attention of our expert judges, and potentially win.

The awards aim to recognise the achievements of a variety of F&B professionals, outlets and companies across the region. Attended by the crème de la crème of the regional industry, the awards are a chance to support F&B champions.

As well as accessing networking opportunities, sponsors benefit from unmatched brand exposure before, during and after the awards. For sponsorship opportunities, contact stephen.price@itp.com
