Radisson Blu Hotel Muscat has been awarded the Safehotels Certificate by The Global Hotel Security Standard of Safehotels Alliance AB.
The certificate recognises safety and security best practice in hotels, analysing hotel practices regarding training management, security equipment, fire equipment, fire procedures, training risk prevention and crisis recovery management.
Since joining in 2014, Carlson Rezidor is the first international hotel group to use the Safehotels certification programme.
Commenting on the recent certification at the Muscat property, Radisson Blu Hotel, Muscat GM Mohamad Yassine said: “It is a great achievement to attain this type of certification as the safety and security of our guest are the core priority in our hotel.
“This certification is also a significant milestone in our continual efforts to improve and reflects our consistent and best practice standards in global hotel safety and security.”
