W Doha Hotel & Residences has announced that Michelin-starred chef and author Greg Malouf will be in residence over Ramadan, presenting The Art of Mezza at the Sultan’s Tent, as part of the hotel's iftar offerings. 

This will be Malouf's first visit to Doha and his menu for the ocassion will comprise contemporary Middle Eastern cuisine, such as Scottish salmon tarator-style, freekeh with wild mushrooms and slow cooked bahārāt lamb, hazelnut falafel with marinated Greek feta cheese and jou jou bread, to name a few dishes.

A selection of Malouf’s books and spices will also be available for purchase at his station within the Sultan's Tent.

The tent will also house buffet tables serving Arabic, Indian, Asian, Japanese and Italian cuisine, alongside an assortment of desserts and beverages.

The Iftar package will be available from Iftar to 8.15pm at US $63 (QAR 230) per person, and Suhoor from 9.15pm to 2.00am at $78 (QAR 285) per person.
