Established in Jebel Ali as a trading entity, Pernod Ricard Gulf was allowed to trade directly with all regional duty free operators and airlines.

The company is also responsible for the supply of goods into all SAARC countries.

Under Freeborn, Pernod Ricard Gulf has achieved market growth, acquisition and market share gain.

The company reports that much of the growth and brand development has been driven by tying up some of the Groups major brands with local activation platforms, such as the annual Chivas Legends Dinner, The Royal Salute Nations Cup Polo event, the ABSOLUT association with Art Dubai and the long standing Jacobs Creek partnership with The Dubai Tennis Championships.
