Al Bustan Centre & Residence held its ‘Monthly Employee Recognition’ ceremony, where awards were given out to celebrate loyal employees.
The monthly gathering celebrates the performance of the employees of Al Bustan Centre & Residence. Top recognitions were given to Alimur Kadir, commis chef from the food and beverage department as ‘Supervisor of the 2nd Quarter 2016’.
Meanwhile assistant housekeeping manager MD Riadul Arefin received the ‘Associate of the 2nd Quarter 2016 award’.
There were special appreciation certificates given to employees who worked for 15 hours on the first day of the month of Ramadan including employees who received 10 positive customer feedbacks.
Certificates of appreciation were also handed to employees who have the cleanest room in the month of June.
In addition, staff and management who attended various trainings and workshops and participated in the property’s charitable campaign in the month of June were also recognised and given training certificates. The new members of the team were also introduced during the event.
The employees celebrated the event with a cake cutting ceremony and enjoyed a high tea session along with the management.
