Hotelier Middle East has launched the second annual edition of The Hotelier Middle East HR Leaders Survey.

The online survey is aimed at tackling the issues impacting the hotel industry’s most important asset – it’s people.

The survey is open to mid to senior level human resources professionals working in the Middle East hospitality industry.

Learning and development managers, senior in-house trainers, HR managers and directors, and heads of talent and recruitment are all eligible to complete the survey.

The Hotelier Middle East HR Leaders Survey will help to explore the challenges and opportunities faced by hotel HR professionals, gauge sentiment and business outlook, and assess the future potential of the industry.

Hotelier Middle East and Hospitality Group senior editor Devina Divecha said: “As we all know, it’s the thousands of employees working across the region’s hotels that have made the industry the success it is today. As the pipeline continues to grow and more staff than ever are needed to deliver the service and product guests expect, we want to find out what skills are most in demand, which positions are the hardest to fill, and how HR experts are tackling the ongoing recruitment challenge”.

The Hotelier Middle East HR Leaders Survey is entirely confidential and will take around 10-15 minutes to complete.

The findings will contribute to the annual Hotelier Middle East HR Capital Report, due to be released in October.

If you are a hotel HR professional, have your say here on how Human Resources can help shape the future of the Middle East hotel industry and take the survey today.
