Abu Dhabi-based real estate and development company Eagle Hills and Fairmont Hotels & Resorts have launched sales of the Fairmont Residences La Marina Rabat-Salé in Morocco.

Construction on the luxury hotel and branded residences development – the first Fairmont hotel in Morocco – commenced earlier this year and is scheduled to open in 2019.

Fairmont Residences La Marina Rabat-Salé is part of an urban mixed-use development in Morocco. The 79 Fairmont branded residences are marina-front homes, with a choice of one-, two- and three-bedroom units ranging in size from 70-210m2.

Residents will benefit from on-demand hotel services as well as access to à la carte services and other facilities from the 184-room hotel, such as a Fairmont Spa, pools, fitness centre, meeting spaces including a ballroom and business centre, and restaurants including an all-day dining concept, lobby lounge and bar, speciality restaurant and pool bar & grill.

Amenities within the La Marina development are also accessible, including retail, a bank, mosque, school, and numerous dining options within the Marina and along the Bouregreg river front.
