Antique Bazaar at Four Points Sheraton Bur Dubai has promoted Hoshiyar Chauhan to the role of chef de cuisine.
Chauhan has more than 16 years of experience in Indian cuisine, and previously worked as sous chef in this restaurant.
“Promoting chef Hoshiyar to lead the kitchen of Antique Bazaar is ensuring our customers continue to experience the same tastes and delights as they have for the many years with Chef Munna," said Four Points by Sheraton Bur Dubai director of food & beverage Amit Kumar.
Chauhan's first job in a five-Star hotel was in Jaipur in 2000 and he arrived in the UAE in 2007.
Chauhan commented in a statement: "I'm excited with the opportunity to continue offering Antique Bazaar’s customers the same great taste and dishes as well as introducing some new ones."
