Neorcha is working with Time Hotels to deploy a mobile-based solution that provides a quick and efficient check-in experience for guests.

The myCheck-in App, which helps better meet guest expectations and reduce hotel operating costs, has been installed in Time Oak Hotel & Suites and Time Grand Plaza Hotel in Dubai and will soon be installed in the Time Rako Hotel in Doha.

“We are pleased to partner with Time Hotels and look forward to further enhancing the hotels’ guest experience by offering absolute mobility for guests to access the online check-in from any device and give them the opportunity to provide any specific pre-arrival requests or stay preferences in addition to updating their profile details,” said Roger El Khoury, managing director of Neorcha, in a press statement.

The app is able to fully integrate with the operator's existing property management system, and any changes made to guest profiles in the myCheck-in app are instantly mirrored in the hotel system.

“In addition to the many benefits for Time Hotel’s guests, myCheck-in offers a great return on investment – with Time Hotels recovering the cost of the Neorcha myCheckin solution within one year, purely by eliminating printing costs of standard check-in forms, bills and other administrative documentation,” El Khoury added.
