Al Bustan Centre and Residence has launched the ‘Al Bustan Rewards Loyalty Programme’, designed to recognise and create value addition for guests who frequently book with the Dubai-based property.

The programme will provide guests with premier amenities, room upgrades, priority reservations and a variety of members-only benefits.

Members of the programme who will stay at Al Bustan Centre & Residence will earn points than can be exchanged for perks such as complimentary room stay or cash vouchers that can be used for redemption at any of the property’s food and beverage outlets.

Al Bustan Centre and Residence chief operating officer Moussa El Hayek said: “The launch of our loyalty programme is another way of delivering excellent service and amenities to our most loyal guests.

The loyalty programme offers four types of cards: bronze, silver, gold and platinum and each card has individual benefits and rewards. Additionally, all cards members can avail of an early check-in and late check-out.

Gold and Platinum card holders will have the privilege for priority room upgrade, access to the hotel’s club lounge, extra parking spaces for vehicles and get further benefits across the property’s F&B outlets.

To qualify in the programme, guests who have an accumulated 10 room stays will be issued a bronze card that will then be upgraded to silver, gold and platinum with points earned in every successive stay.
