Roda Hotels and Resorts has joined forces with Cisco to accelerate its digitisation strategy.
The announcement came during Gitex Technology Week 2016, as Saif Jazrawi, corporate director of IT, Roda, shared details.
“We have a few features and services that differentiates us from other hoteliers,” he was quoted as saying.
“This includes a complete smart and wireless infrastructure, intelligent capabilities and integration with different apps,” he said.
The services also help in pinpointing guests’ location while in the hotel, “it also helps to quickly recognise guests upon their arrival during check in or while visiting the restaurant,” Jazrawi added.
