DoubleTree by Hilton partnered with Careem to offer “Kindness Cabs” on World Kindness Day (November 13), following a survey that showed 91% of UAE residents are compelled to be kinder to others, after experiencing an act of kindness themselves.
The brand celebrated by partnering with app-based car booking service Careem, allowing anyone who booked a car with Careem the chance of being picked up in a “Kindness Cab”, consisting of a complimentary taxi ride and a “Kindness Kit” of gifts.
A select number of the “Kindness Kits” will contain complimentary stays at any DoubleTree by Hilton around the world.

“Our research in the UAE points to a desire for people to create and pass on kindness,” said DoubleTree by Hilton senior vice president and global head Dianna Vaughan in a statement.
