Construction on what will be the tallest tower on Dubai’s Jumeirah Beach Walk, The Address Residences Jumeirah Resort + Spa, has begun earlier this week.

With a built up area of 255,000sqm, the project will have three components, including the 183-room Address Jumeirah Resort + Spa, The Address Residences Jumeirah Resort + Spa comprising serviced apartments, and ‘The Residences Jumeirah Dubai, managed by The Address’.

Middle East Foundation Group is undertaking the foundation work, which will feature 22km of bored piling for the two-tower development. Over 222,000 cubic metres of earth will be excavated for the three basement levels.

The development will also have access to more than 100 metres of exclusive beach frontage as well as several food and beverage options.
