Targeting family travellers in the emirate, Dubai-based Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham JBR launched the Junior Arrival Experience, a VIP check-in scheme for guests aged four to ten, a press statement has said.
With the Junior Arrival Experience, the children will be given their own registration card to fill out, and their own key card.
Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham general manager Samir Arora commented: “On top of our facilities and offers including the Family Suites and the new Fab Family Friday Brunch, this new programme will boost our position as a family-centric and kid-friendly hotel. We expect the Junior Arrival Experience to be a hit among the children by making them feel that they are indeed our VIP guests.”
The children will also receive a free activity kit and two complimentary kiddie coins worth AED 10 each, which they can redeem by purchasing food goodies within the hotel.
Parents can also buy additional coins for their children to use during their stay.
