Gordon Ramsay Group CEO Stuart Gillies is confirmed as the keynote speaker at Global Restaurant Investment Forum 2017 (GRIF).
He will be interviewed on stage about how and why the British chef, who opened Bread Street Kitchen in Dubai in October 2015, emabarked on a new direction, expanding into casual dining as a way to to maximise profits.
Running from April 10 to 12 at Fairmont The Palm in Dubai, the third annual GRIF will be attended by the international restaurant and hospitality community.
