Members of the three IHG hotels observing Orphan Day with the children from different charitable organisation in Cairo.
For the eleventh consecutive year, InterContinental, Holiday Inn and Staybridge Suites Citystars, Cairo joined forces with the team from City Stars mall to celebrate Orphans Day in April.
The team invited 200 orphans at Stars Centre where a day-long agenda was in store.
They were welcomed by a team comprised of associates from the three hotels, along with staff from the mall.
The children came through different charitable organisations and orphanages including Dameer Al Haya Institution, Awlady Orphanage in addition to other orphanages and children’s institutions from Cairo.
They started the day at Stars Cinema and then headed towards Magic Galaxy where they played in the indoor theme park. Lunch was then served at the City Stars food court, which was catered by the three IHG hotels.
They were also treated to a special Disney show, and the day ended with kids receiving gifts before their departure.
