Al Bustan Centre and Residence in Dubai has conducted its annual employee satisfaction survey.
Conducted every year, the survey's main goal is to assist in building a relationship of trust and cooperation among the hotel employees and the management. The survey encompasses the following areas: organisation morale, job satisfaction, human resources support, organisation communication, organisation leadership, workplace conditions, and pay and benefits. The responses from the hotel employees are intended to help the management to understand them better and take necessary actions. The reviews will be further used for working on the hotel apartment's long-term organisation goals and employee engagement.
Employees from housekeeping, engineering, food and beverage, mall management, sales and marketing, accounts, and purchasing departments participated in the survey.
