The UAE chapter of Amicale Internationale des Sous Directeurs et Chefs de Réception des Grand Hôtels (AICR) is now accepting entries for the competition to find the best Receptionist of the Year (ROTY) for 2017.
The deadline for registrations is set at August 26, 2017, and the winner will represent the UAE at the David Campbell competition in Zurich from January 31 to February 4, 2018.
Once entries are in, the first round will take place on September 9 at Media One Hotel, the second round on September 16 at Palazzo Versace Dubai, and the final on September 30 at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray - all the same locations as last year, with AICR UAE president Joachim Jacimowitsch commenting that this is a sign of the great support and relationship these properties show the competition.
The gala dinner and winner announcement will be on October 1, at a location to be confirmed at a later stage.
The UAE section of the AICR was founded in Dubai in 2005, and last year, Abu Dhabi became part of the organisation.
