In collaboration with Woodstock, McLaren Vale and Scott Collett, Bistro Des Arts will host a wine pairing dinner on Thursday 17th August.
The menu for the evening will deliver four courses paired with wine, talked through its origins and history by wine principal and chief winemaker of Woodstock, Scott Collett.
Guests can expect dishes such as an ocean salad with crab meat, salmon and prawns complimented by a Woodstock Grenache Rose, and French duck breast with black cherry sauce and pommes dauphine served with a Shiraz- Cabernet Sauvignon.
The Parisian bistro located on the Marina Promenade offers a sophisticated yet cosy ambience. With interiors that aim to transport diners to the cafes on the streets of the French Capital.
