Rotana Hotel Management has promoted Craig Bruce to cluster general manager, adding Hala Arjaan by Rotana to his portfolio of responsibilities as general manager at Yas Island Rotana and Centro Yas Island.
Bruce joined Rotana Hotels in September 2016, prior to which he held various positions in the UAE, Bostwana, UK and South Africa.
In his new role, Bruce will be responsible for directing the overall management and operations of the three hotels according to Rotana standards. He will play a role in driving performance across various aspects including financial success, brand value, guest satisfaction and engagement as well as service quality.
Hala Arjaan by Rotana is located in Al Zahiya area, walking distance from East Corniche, Al Maryah Island and Abu Dhabi Mall. The property offers 166 deluxe hotel apartments.
