The Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel & Residences Emirates Pearl will open its doors in June 2018.  
 
Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel & Residences Emirates Pearl will have six restaurants and lounges, event spaces, and numerous leisure facilities including an infinity pool, Grand Club with private cinemas, Lum’a Spa, and an outdoor and indoor fitness centre. 
 
The 428-key hotel will have 36 suites, including the Presidential and Palatial Royal Suites, 60 full-service one and two-bedroom residences, ranging from 90sq.m to140sq.m. The residences are open for tenancy and have started to be occupied since April 2018. 
 
“We have focused on conceptualising an embodiment and celebration of all that is iconic in Abu Dhabi as a destination. Named Emirates Pearl, and located on the shores of the Arabian Gulf, our new luxury hotel will captivate with contemporary Arabesque interior - the Grand Lobby has been designed to illustrate a modern reflection of a Bedouin desert camp, with spectacular sand dune inspired artwork adorning the wall, and white curtains flowing like an Emirati Ghandoura,” says general manager Julien Gonzalvez. 
 
The hotel's Lum’a Spa has separate male and female areas including Hammam, sauna, steam bath and relaxation rooms, a 50 meters long infinity pool, a kids pool, a plunge pool and a podium rooftop adult pool. 
 
The Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel & Residences Emirates Pearl will have 4700 sq.m. of flexible event space. Highlights include 12 meeting rooms, all of which are located on the same floor, featuring private outdoor terraces , a 1040 sq. m. Al Bateen Ballroom, with a dedicated separate entrance, VIP room, a bridal suite and pre-function space.
